As an Administrator within Connect to Work, you’ll be at the heart of a dynamic programme that provides personalised, one-to-one support to individuals who need it most, empowering them to move into sustainable employment and build brighter futures.
About the Role
Gloucestershire Employment and Skills Hub offer a one-stop source of information, advice, guidance and support around employment and skills. Working with a range of partners and employers in localities across Gloucestershire the Hub delivers 1:1 support through a number of programmes for people with barriers to sustaining or retaining work, as well as advice and signposting for any resident looking for help. As an Administrator, you’ll work in a supporting role to support individuals from diverse backgrounds who face significant barriers such as disability and long-term health conditions. You’ll build strong relationships with participants by having regular contact with them at various stages of their journey and you will help to support your colleagues in the wider programme with tasks which will then allow them to concentrate on helping customers.

You’re someone who brings initiative, and a strong sense of purpose to your work. With a customer-focused mindset and solid organisational skills, you will need to be thorough and accurate in your work daily and be willing to help others with their administration needs.
