Adult Education in Gloucestershire is looking for an enthusiastic Apprenticeship Administrator Apprentice to join our dynamic Apprenticeship and Vocational Studies team and help contribute to making a positive difference across the county.
As part of a growing and evolving service, you will play an important role in providing support for Trainer Assessors, learners and local employers. This is an exciting time to join the sector, with new opportunities, innovation and changes shaping the future of education and skills development across Gloucestershire.
About the Role
Working closely with colleagues across the Apprenticeship and Vocational Studies teams, you will gain hands-on experience in a busy administrative environment while supporting the successful delivery of education and training programmes.
You'll be involved in a variety of activities, including:
- Maintaining accurate learner and programme records
- Data entry and data management
- Creating and updating reports
- Providing administrative support to the delivery team
- Getting involved in marketing, promotional activities and content creation to help promote our apprenticeship and vocational offer
- Supporting learner communications and engagement
- Contributing to service improvement activities and team projects
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied work schedule, working with others and bringing creative ideas to life. Alongside developing strong business administration skills, you will have the opportunity to build experience in administration, marketing and content creation, making this a varied and engaging apprenticeship where no two days are the same.

Your Apprenticeship Programme
As part of this role, you will undertake the:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
The apprenticeship includes:
- 16 months of training and development
- Followed by an Apprenticeship Assessment (EPA)
- Support from a dedicated Trainer Assessor throughout your apprenticeship journey
- Protected off-the-job learning time to develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours
- The opportunity to earn while you learn
